Vacuum Vent Valve: Adjustments

Vacuum dump valve is adjusted in its mounting bracket. It should be adjusted closed (no vacuum leak) when brake pedal is released, and open when
pedal is depressed. Use a hand vacuum pump to make this adjustment.
