Remove the heater hose from the lower intake manifold fitting. See Figure 11.

Remove the two (2) heater hoses from the heater core. See Figure 12.
33.
Remove the two (2) heater hose and tube assembly retaining nuts at the dash panel.
34.
Remove and discard the heater hose and tube assembly.
