Tether Installation Detail
9. Assemble the flat washer to the tether anchor bracket retaining bolt.
10. Install the anchor bracket to the sheet metal using the provided tether anchor retaining bolt and washer. Hold top of anchor bracket while
tightening retaining bolt. Tighten retaining bolt to 17-23 Nm (13-16 lb ft).
WARNING: Before tightening the retaining bolt, make sure the anchor bracket assembly is straight and not cocked and that the hole in
the bracket is aligned with the existing hole in the body sheet metal located beneath.
