7. Insert the anchor bracket through the access opening in the rear window trim panel and slide it downward and rearward as far it will go to correctly
position it on top of the body sheet metal located beneath the trim panel.
8. Use an awl or equivalent to align attaching hole in tether anchor bracket with existing hole in body sheet metal.
