1. Install the seat cushion.
2. Install the seat track. For additional information, refer to Seat Track-Manual or Seat Track-Power, Passenger Side.
3. Install the seat backrest. For additional information, refer to Front Seat Backrest-Passenger Side.
4. Remove the passenger safety belt pretensioner restraint system diagnostic tool from the ten-pin floor electrical connector.

WARNING:  THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC TOOL IS FOR RESTRAINT SYSTEM SERVICE ONLY. REMOVE FROM
VEHICLE PRIOR TO ROAD USE. FAILURE TO REMOVE COULD RESULT IN INJURY AND POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF
VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS.

5. Position the seat into the vehicle. Connect the ten-pin floor electrical connector to the passenger seat.

6. Install the passenger seat rear nuts.

7. Install the passenger seat rear trim covers.
8. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
9. With the restraint system diagnostic tools still in place, prove out the air bag system.

10. Position the passenger seat to its rearmost position.
11. Disconnect the battery ground cable and wait at least one minute. For additional information, refer to Battery.
