10. Install the driver seat rear trim covers.
11. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
12. With the restraint system diagnostic tools still in place, prove out the air bag system.
13. Position the driver seat to its rearmost position.
14. Disconnect the battery ground cable and wait at least one minute. For additional information, refer to Battery.
15. Install the driver seat front bolts.
16. Install the driver seat front trim covers.
17. Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the driver seat side air bag floor electrical connector (if equipped).
18. Connect the driver seat side air bag (if equipped) electrical connector.
19. Remove the diagnostic tool(s) from the passenger seat electrical connector(s).

Remove the passenger safety belt pretensioner restraint system diagnostic tool from the ten-pin floor electrical connector.

Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the passenger seat side air bag floor electrical connector (if equipped).
