Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Prepare the vehicle for condenser core removal.

Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the two bolts.
NOTE: The LH side of the condenser core is shown. The RH side is identical.
3. Remove the four scrivets and the grille.
4. Remove the two pin-type retainers.
NOTE:
-
The RH side air deflector is shown. The LH side air deflector is similar.

The pin-type retainers are located on the backside of the grille opening reinforcement and are not visible.
5. Raise and support the vehicle.
