Plenum Chamber

PLENUM CHAMBER

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove the plenum chamber. Refer to:  Heating and Air Conditioning, Housing Assembly HVAC, Service and Repair, Removal and

Installation, Plenum Chamber, See: Remove and Installation/Plenum Chamber

2. Remove the screws and the plenum demister adapter.

3. Remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.

Disconnect the vacuum hose.

Remove the screws.

Rotate and remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.

4. Cut the snap-loops around the housing flange of the plenum chamber.
5. Remove the three screws. Separate the plenum chamber.
