Fuel Injector Wiring Harness: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
WARNING: DO NOT SMOKE OR CARRY LIGHTED TOBACCO OR OPEN FLAME OF ANY TYPE WHEN WORKING ON OR NEAR
ANY FUEL-RELATED COMPONENTS. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MIXTURES ARE ALWAYS PRESENT AND MAY BE IGNITED.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY.
1. Remove the lower intake manifold. For additional information, refer to Engine.
2. Disconnect the coil-on-plug electrical connectors.
3. Unclip and disconnect the radio ignition noise suppressor electrical connector.
4. Remove the harness retaining nut.
5. Unclip and disconnect the LH Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) electrical connector.
