Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear bumper cover.

2. NOTE:  Anytime the rear bumper nuts are removed, it is necessary to re-tighten the rear bumper double-ended studs.

Remove the 4 rear bumper nuts.

To install, tighten the rear bumper nuts to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).

To install, tighten the rear bumper double-ended studs to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).
