Door mounted remote control mirrors (for correction of wind whistle only)

Check for the presence of a clear adhesive in the gap between the cover and body on the underside of the mirror. If adhesive is not visible, apply a
thin bead of clear silicone rubber adhesive along the entire length of gap as shown in Figure 8.

NOTE:

Mirror removal is not necessary.

Early built units did not include a foam gasket behind the interior sail cover. Remove sail cover and

check for gasket. If gasket is missing it will be necessary to fabricate a gasket using 1/8"x3/4" strips of foam tape as shown in Figure 9.

Remove sail mirror and apply body-caulk on outer perimeter of mirror attaching plate as shown in Figure 10.
