Position the appropriate seat back latch spacer (54626A04 or 05) to the seat reinforcement (Attachment II).
4.
Using the spacer as a template prick punch the reinforcement using an awl or other suitable tool, then remove the spacer.
5.
Using a 9/64 inch drill bit (No. 28), drill a hole in the reinforcement at each prick punch location (Attachment II).
