This TSB article is being republished in its entirety to correct the Dealer Coding Basic Part Number.
ISSUE:
ATX shift concerns may be caused by valve body gasket misalignment.
ACTION:
A new shorter alignment pin is available to prevent the possibility of the valve body gasket moving during valve body installation. Refer to the
appropriate Service Manual for procedures leading up to valve body installation and the following service procedure when installing a valve body on an
ATX transaxle.
1.
Install a new shorter Valve Body Alignment Pin T94P-77100-A and previous Valve Body Guide Pin T80L-77100-A in case, Figure 1.
