A new procedure for installing urethane adhesive held windshields has been placed in production. This procedure eliminates the need for spacers
between the glass and the flange.
1.
Follow the shop manual procedure for removal of glass and spacers from flange. 43-11-12
2.
Clean all excess hardened urethane from flange.
3.
Clean the underside edge of the glass periphery
