Governor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove air cleaner then using a long screwdriver remove governor cover retaining clip.
3. Remove governor cover and governor.
INSTALLATION
1. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Slide governor into place carefully.
CAUTION: Allow gear teeth to mesh, do not force into place.
