6. Install the console.
7. Test the shift interlock system for proper operation. The ignition key should only be removable with the shift lever in PARK. The shifter should be
locked in PARK with the key removed. This shifter should be locked in the PARK position with the key in the ON position and should release
when the service brakes are applied.
