Thunderbird V8-4.6L VIN W (1997)
4. Remove trilobe insert from inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing.
5. Move rear axle shaft joint assembly retaining ring back on shaft using snap-ring pliers.
6. Move tripod assembly back on shaft to allow access to U-washer.
7. Remove U-washer from shaft.
