Remover/Installer, Cooling Hose Clamp

1. Drain the cooling system.
   For additional information, refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding - in this section.
   

2. Lower the vehicle.

3. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.
   For additional information, refer to Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud - 2.3L in this section.
   

4. Using the special tool, disconnect the radiator upper hose.

5. Using the special tool, disconnect the coolant expansion tank hose and the radiator lower hose.

6. Using suitable pieces of wire, support the radiator.

7. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

8. Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

9. Remove the horn and bracket assembly.

10. Remove the radiator support bracket lower bolt.

11. Remove the radiator support bracket right-hand retaining bolts.

12. Remove the radiator support bracket.

13. Lower the vehicle.

14. Remove the radiator support wires and remove the radiator.

15. Remove the radiator rubber insulators.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
