Remover/Installer, Cooling Hose Clamp

1. Remove the auxiliary heater core housing.
   For additional information, refer to Auxiliary Heater Core Housing in this section.
   

2. Using the special tool, disconnect the heater hoses and remove the auxiliary heater control valve.

3. Remove the auxiliary climate control lower housing.
   1. Remove the bolt.
   2. Remove the seven clamps.
   3. Remove the refrigerant line support bracket.
   4. Separate the auxiliary climate control lower housing.

4. Separate the auxiliary climate control upper housing.
   1. Remove the seven clamps.
   2. Remove the gasket.

5. Disassemble the auxiliary heater core upper housing.

6. Remove the auxiliary heater core.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
