Removal and Installation
Removal
Evacuate the refrigeration system. For additional information, refer to Section
412-00 Climate Control System - General Information
.
Remove the charge air cooler. For additional information, refer to Section
303-12 Intake Air Distribution and Filtering
.
Remove the right-hand air deflector.
Remove the left-hand air deflector.
CAUTION:
Seal off the refrigerant lines and the refrigeration condenser core to prevent dirt ingress.
Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the refrigeration condenser core.
Discard the O-rings.
Remove the refrigeration condenser core.
Installation
NOTE:
Install new refrigerant line O-rings.
NOTE:
Coat the refrigerant line O-rings with clean refrigerant oil prior to installation.
Install the components in the reverse order.
