Holding Wrench, Generator Pulley

1. Remove the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to Section  303-05 Accessory Drive.

2. Remove the generator upper retaining bolt.

3. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

4. Remove the generator splash shield.

5. Disconnect the generator electrical connectors.

6. Remove the generator.

7. Using the special tool, remove the generator decoupler.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
