BUMPER COVER - FRONT - HOLES MISSING FOR LICENSE PLATE - VEHICLES BUILT BETWEEN 3/1/94 AND 3/20/94

1995 WINDSTAR
ISSUE:
Some 1995 Windstars built between 3/1/94 and 3/20/94 did not have holes in the front bumper cover for a license plate.
ACTION:
Locate the proper position in the bumper cover and drill two (2) holes. Refer to the following service procedure.
DETAILED SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Using a wet rag, wipe off the license plate mounting area of the front bumper cover.
