Windstar V6-232 3.8L (1995)
REMOVAL
1. Fold down rear safety belt retractor cover and remove bolt securing sling.
2. Remove rear safety belt retractor cover.
3. Remove safety belt retractor cover bolt access plug.
4. Remove bolt securing anchor in step well.
5. Remove screws securing quarter trim panel.
6. Move quarter trim panel toward the center of the vehicle.
7. Remove the bolt securing rear safety belt and retractor assembly to vehicle.
8. Remove rear safety belt and retractor assembly by passing the rear safety belt and retractor assembly through opening in the quarter trim panel.
