Fluid Pump - Disassembly and Assembly
DISASSEMBLY
Removal Of Bolts
1. Remove two Torx bolts retaining valve body separator plate to pump assembly housing. Remove valve body separator plate and discard separator
plate with bonded gasket.
AX4S Check Balls: Pump Assembly Housing - Check Balls, Oil pump body
2. Remove four check balls and one relief valve.
3. Remove bolts retaining pump cover to pump housing and remove cover.
