Noise, Vibration and Harshness - Powertrain/Drivetrain Mount Neutralizing Windstar 1995 (10/1994-07/2000)
General Procedures

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.
  1. Loosen, but do not remove, the engine and transaxle mount fasteners. For additional information, refer to Section  502-00 .
  1. Lower the vehicle.
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:It is only necessary to move the vehicle a short distance.
    Operate the vehicle in forward and reverse.
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  1. Tighten the engine and transaxle mount fasteners. For additional information, refer to Section  502-00 .
  1. Lower the vehicle.
  1. Perform a road test.
