9. Install the crankshaft balancer washer and the bolt.

Tighten the crankshaft balancer bolt to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.).
10. Install the fan shroud assemblies.
11. Install the engine cooling fan.
12. Install the drive belt.
13. Connect the battery negative cable.
