C 1500 Truck 2WD V8-4.8L VIN V (2000)
5. Remove the cross brace if equipped.
6. Drain the engine oil and remove the engine oil filter. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Change.
7. Remove the lower transmission-to-oil pan bolts.
8. Disconnect the oil level sensor electrical connector.
9. Remove two front wiring harness retainer bolts.
