12. Unclip the head restraint retainers. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Retainer Replacement   (See: Head Rest/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Retainer Replacement).

13. Remove the bolts which retain the seat belt tower cover.

14. Remove the seat belt tower cover.
15. Pull the seat belt and the seat belt bezel through the opening in the seat cover.
16. Lift the remainder of the seat back cover off the foam pad.
17. Carefully remove the foam pad from the frame.

Installation Procedure

1. Attach the foam pad to the frame.

2. Install the seat belt tower.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the bolts which retain the seat belt tower cover.

Tighten the bolts to 1.9 Nm (17 lb in).

4. Install the rear cardboard panel. Engage the panel fasteners.
5. Install the seat back cover partially onto the top of the frame.
6. Feed the seat belt and the seat belt bezel through the tower opening.
7. Install the arm rest clip.
