C 3500 HD Truck 2WD V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN F (2001)
1. Install the belt over all the pulleys except the tensioner arm (if equipped with a single generator).
2. Install the drive belt over all the pulleys except the tensioner arm (if equipped with a dual generators).
3. Install a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
4. Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.
