1. Install the radiator.
2. Install the condenser to the radiator.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice).
3. Install the bolts retaining the condenser to the radiator.
Tighten the bolts to 28 N.m (21 lb ft).
4. Install the grille.
5. Install the radiator mount bracket.
6. Install the radiator mounting bracket bolt.
Tighten the bolts to 28 N.m (21 lb ft).
7. Raise the vehicle.
8. Install the radiator outlet hose (1) to the radiator.
9. Using J 38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp (2) to the radiator.
10. Connect the transmission cooler lines to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and
Connection (See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic Transmission/Transaxle/Fluid Line/Hose/Service and Repair).
11. Lower the vehicle.
12. Install the radiator vent inlet hose to the radiator.
13. Install the fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (LLV - 2.9L, LLR - 3.7L) (See: Fan Shroud/Service and Repair).
