1. Remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide cover.
2. Remove the body rear trim panel. Refer to Body Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Crew Cab)  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim

3. Remove the bolt that retains the rear center seat belt assembly to the floor panel.
4. Remove the rear center seat belt assembly from the vehicle.
