5. Slide the roof panel guide (1) forward until it is positioned at the notch in the channel of the moveable roof frame assembly.
6. Install the roof panel support slide (2) onto the roof panel guide (1).
7. Slide the roof panel guide (1) and support slide (2) assembly forward into track on the moveable roof panel frame assembly.
8. Install the moveable roof panel latch spring.
9. Install the moveable roof panel rear locator.
10. To ensure proper timing of the roof panel, slide the roof panel guide(s) rearward until it stops against the rear locator assembly.
11. Install the moveable roof panel actuator/motor.
12. Install the moveable roof panel bracket.
13. Install the moveable roof panel. Refer to Moveable Roof Panel Assembly Replacement.
14. Perform a roof learn cycle by depressing the roof switch forward until the roof panel is fully opened, then depress the roof switch rearward until
the roof panel is fully closed.
15. Inspect for proper operation of the moveable roof panel and end gate window.
Moveable Roof Panel Latch Replacement - Front
MOVEABLE ROOF PANEL LATCH REPLACEMENT - FRONT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the moveable roof panel.
IMPORTANT: The fastener retaining the front latch to the front latch slide is not reusable if the front lock assembly is replaced, a new service rivet
must be used during reassembly.
2. Remove the moveable roof panel guide assembly.
