New Venture Gear 136 Transfer Case
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Peel back the carpet and insulation from the passenger's cowl pillar to expose the transfer case control module.
2. Remove the two screws securing the transfer case control module to the pillar.
3. Remove the electrical connector from the transfer case control module.
4. Remove the transfer case control module.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the transfer case control module.
2. Install the electrical connector to the transfer case control module.
3. Install the two screws securing the transfer case control module to the pillar.

Tighten the transfer case control module screws to 8 Nm (71 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Position the carpet and insulation over the passenger's cowl pillar and transfer case control module.
