Fuel Supply Line: Service and Repair
Fuel Hose/Pipe Replacement - Tank (Trailblazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV)

FUEL HOSE/PIPE REPLACEMENT - TANK (TRAILBLAZER EXT, ENVOY XL, ENVOY XUV)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
-

Refer to Fuel and EVAP Pipe Caution in Service Precautions.

Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Caution in Service Precautions.

NOTE:  Refer to Fuel and Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Hose/Pipe Connection Cleaning Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Remove the fuel tank.

2. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe from the fuel sender.
3. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe from the fuel pipe retainer.
4. Remove the fuel feed pipe from the fuel tank.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the fuel feed pipe to the fuel tank.
2. Connect the fuel feed pipe to the fuel pipe retainer.
3. Connect the fuel feed pipe to the fuel sender.
4. Install the fuel tank.
