Envoy 4WD V8-5.3L VIN P (2004)
1. Install the license plate pocket to the end gate.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the nuts retaining the license plate pocket to the end gate.
Tighten the license plate pocket nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
3. Connect the main license plate pocket electrical connector (1).
4. Connect the electrical connector to the swing function handle (2).
5. Install the license plate pocket wiring harness retainers to the end gate.
6. Install the lock cylinder.
7. Install the inner reinforcement.
8. Install the end gate trim panel.
