6-250 WITH INTEGRATED CYLINDER HEAD
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove air cleaner.
2.
Remove power steering and/or AIR pump brackets, if equipped.
3.
If equipped with Pulsair, remove pipes as necessary.
4.
Raise and support vehicle, then disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold and, if equipped, the converter bracket from transmission mount.
5.
Lower vehicle and, if applicable, remove rear heat shield and accelerator cable bracket.
6.
Remove exhaust manifold attaching bolts, then the exhaust manifold.
7.
Reverse procedure to install, using new gasket. Torque bolts to specification in sequence shown in Fig. 13.
