Air Conditioning Does Not Cool/Dex-Cool Leak at Rear of Van/Engine Overheat (Repair Rear HVAC System Liquid Lines)

with Rear Heater and Rear Air Conditioning (RPOs C36 & C69)
Condition
An owner may report that the air conditioning does not deliver cold air and/or engine Dex-Cool to the rear heater is observed leaking on the ground
behind the left rear tire or the engine overheats.
Cause
The rear HVAC liquid lines may be leaking. The leak is due to improper line orientation (twisted or one on top of the other) in the area shown in Figure
1, causing the lines to chafe against one another or against the left rear spring shackle bolt.
