Tighten nut to 73 Nm (54 ft. lbs.).
9. Outer tie rod to steering knuckle using J 29193. Tighten tool to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
10. New outer tie rod prevailing torque nut.

Tighten nut to 62 Nm (46 ft. lbs.).
11. Brake pipe support bracket to the upper control arm.

Tighten nut to 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
Important: Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted or kinked, or damage to the hose could result.
12. Hub nut washer (202) and nut (203). Seat shank splines in hub.
13. Insert a drift through brake caliper to prevent drive axle (halfshaft) from turning.

Tighten inboard flange bolts to 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.).
14. Hub nut.

Tighten hub nut to 225 Nm (165 ft. lbs.).
15. Remove drift and install wheels.
16. Remove safety stands, and lower the vehicle.

REMOVAL
NOTE: Raise the vehicle and support with suitable safety stands.
Remove or disconnect the following:
1. Tire and wheel assembly.
a. Wrap shop towels around both the inner and outer CV joint boots to avoid damage to the boots during removal and installation.
2. Brake caliper.
NOTE: Support the caliper with a piece of wire to prevent damage to the brake line.
3. Brake rotor.
4. Drive axle (halfshaft) nut (120).
5. Washer (119).
6. We rod nut (124).
7. Tie rod end from the knuckle (117).
8. Hub and bearing assembly (114), using a puller.
