Oil Pressure Gauge: Testing and Inspection
Gauge Reads High
1. Disconnect lead from sensor, then turn ignition switch to the ON position and ground lead.
2. If gauge reads low, replace sensor.
3. If gauge reads high, locate and repair open circuit between sensor and gauge.
