Install drums and wheels, aligning marks made previously.
9.
Apply and release service brake pedal 30-35 times with normal pedal force. Pause approximately one second between pedal applications.
10.
Depress parking brake six ratchet clicks. Rear wheels should not rotate.
11.
Release parking brake and check for free wheel rotation.
12.
Lower vehicle.
