Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
RECIRC Door Motor

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT 

1.  Battery ground cable.
2.  Screws.
3.  Instrument panel compartment.
4.  Electrical connection to the blower.
5.  Wiring harness from the computer module.
6.  Computer module.
7.  Computer module bracket.
8.  Kick pad.
9.  Right-side lower dash panel bolt and nut.

10.  Actuator connection.
11.  Blower assembly from the heater case.

^  Remove the four screws that hold the blower assembly to the heater core.

12.  Blower assembly from the vehicle.
13.  Actuator from the blower assembly.

ADJUST

1.  Install the battery ground cable.
2.  Actuator to the electrical connection.
3.  Turn the ignition key to the accessory position.
4.  Allow time for the actuator to position itself.
5.  Turn off the ignition key.
6.  Actuator from the electrical connection.
7.  Remove the battery ground cable.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.  Actuator to the blower assembly.
