Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Mode Door Motor

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1.  Battery ground cable.
2.  Instrument panel compartment for excess.
3.  Electrical connection.
4.  Retainer (64) and linkage (65).
5.  Screws (63).
6. Actuator (66).

ADJUST

1.  Install battery ground cable.
2.  Electrical connection to the actuator.
3.  Turn the ignition key to the accessory position and let the actuator position itself.
4.  Turn off the ignition key.
5.  Remove the actuator from the electrical connection.
6.  Disconnect the battery ground cable.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.  Actuator (61).
2.  Screws (63).
3.  Linkage and retainer (64).
4.  Electrical connection to the actuator.
5.  Instrument panel compartment.
6.  Battery ground cable.
