Water Pump: Service and Repair
Replacement, Engine Overhaul
REMOVAL
1. Remove the bypass hose and clamps.
2. Remove the bolts.
3. Remove the water pump.
4. Remove the gaskets.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the gaskets.
2. Install the water pump.
3. Install the bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
4. Connect the water pump bypass hose and Install the clamps.
