Front Door Striker: Service and Repair
Striker Replacement - Upper
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the side access door.
2. Remove the upper door striker retaining bolts.
3. Remove the upper door striker from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the upper door striker to the vehicle.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the upper door striker retaining bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the upper door striker retaining bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
