Master Cylinder Replacement (Hydraulic Booster C3500HD)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Disconnect the brake pipes.
3. Plug the pipes in order to prevent brake fluid loss or contamination.
4. Remove the master cylinder nuts.
5. Remove the master cylinder (1) and bracket (2).
6. Remove the retainer (3).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Before you install the master cylinder, bench bleed the master cylinder.
