Tighten the nut until the shoulder bottoms out.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 12-14 N.m (106-124 lb in).
13.
Install the door detent spring. Use the J 36604, or equivalent. Refer to the Doors subsection in the appropriate Service Manual for the door spring
installation procedures.
14.
Open and close the door several times in order to test for noise, high effort and free movement of the detent link.
