Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the upper radiator shroud from the radiator. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (Upper) in Cooling System.
2. Remove the drive belt from the drive pulleys. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
3. Remove the a/c idler pulley bracket from the accessory bracket (non A/C only).
4. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the drive belt idler pulley to the mounting bracket.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
