K Yukon/Denali 4WD V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN S (1999)
8. Remove the engine shield bolts (1) and washers (2).
9. Remove the engine shield (4).
10. Remove the power steering cooler bracket bolt.
11. Remove the power steering cooler from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Route the cooler in the same position the cooler occupied prior to removal.
2. Install the power steering cooler bracket bolt.

Tighten the power steering cooler bracket bolt to 5 Nm (4 ft. lbs.).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the engine shield (4).
4. Install the engine shield washers (2) and bolts (1).

Tighten the engine shield bolts to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Install the front center filler panel.
7. Install the front bumper.
