FRONT MOUNTS
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then raise and support vehicle.
2.
Remove mount center bolt(s), then raise and support engine to take weight off mount.
3.
Remove mount retaining nuts from underside of crossmember, then remove mount, bolts and spacers, Fig. 1.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
REAR MOUNT
1.
Raise and support vehicle.
2.
Remove nut(s) securing mount to crossmember, Fig. 1, then raise and support rear of transmission to take weight off mount.
3.
Remove bolts securing mount to transmission tail housing, then the mount.
4.
Reverse procedure to install, ensuring converter bracket, if equipped, is properly positioned.
