8. Pull the side door opening weatherstrip from the door opening pinch-weld flange.

9. Remove the side door opening weatherstrip from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Apply weatherstrip adhesive into the channel on the side door opening weatherstrip. Use GM P/N 12345097,Canadian P/N 10953479 or the

equivalent.

Important:  When installing the side door opening weatherstrip, ensure that the corners have not pulled away from the body.

2. Install the side door opening weatherstrip to the vehicle.
